Meet April Hattori and her mother Aiko.

April is a personal trainer specializing in senior fitness with certifications from the American Council on Exercise , The Biomechanics Method for Corrective Exercise, and TRX for Suspension Training.

April embraces age and change, viewing this time of life as a new beginning and chooses to say “yes” to this next chapter and all that it brings. The creation of yes2next captures her own journey and her goal to help people at any age live joyful, active, and inspired lives.
