Bringing the Best of the Internet to You
Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. Originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China, tai chi is now practised around the world as a health-promoting exercise.
Studies have shown that Tai Chi can help people of all ages to reduce stress, improve posture, balance and general mobility, and increase muscle strength in the legs.

Baby Boomers (and I am one) are self motivated, want to look their best, travel, learn new things and keep up with the grandkids. I have always been involved in fitness and still compete in masters events in running, rowing, kayaking and my videos are here to help you get started ….You’re never too old, it’s never too late!!
