Let’s Discover IT has discovered Tai Chi!
Tai chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. Originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China, tai chi is now practised around the world as a health-promoting exercise.
You’ll find a superb selection of Tai Chi videos for standing and seated exercises in the Plug in section of the website, added 08 January 2022.

Rachel Lawrence is a Fully Certified Pilates Instructor with 11 years experience of teaching Pilates , 22 + years of practice and a former Professional Dancer.
